In England and Wales you have to be aged 18 to own or rent "land" which includes houses and flats etc.

"On the doll?" What the heck does that mean? I'd hope that someone purchasing a home would know how to spell for starters. There is no "age". You need to have good-excellent credit, less than 40% debt/income ratio, and should only consider homes 3x your gross annual income. You need a lot of money saved up for closing & downpayment.

16, and not sure about the dole!

My friend had her own flat when she was 16 and now her brothers 16 hes getting help to get a flat. So 16, youl need quite abit of money to get it sorted, unless you get some help.
You get £90 a fortnight.

I think it's 16, because you can get married at 16 aswell. The doll probably relates to you personal circumstances.
