To rent you need to be 18 and able pay a security bond to the landlord. To purchase an appartment you need to be 18 and have a proof of steady income which exceeds the intrest you must pay on the loan and also your income must clearly exceed any payments, eg car and mobile. However purchasing an apartment is not advisable for purchase unless its in a growing area, this is because appartments have no land value and only merely the structures value which depreciates and has to be kept up to scratch out of your own money eg. broken elevators, new paint for the outside of the building etc etc etc |
