If the current owner doesn't want to sell, there's no way for you to buy it. You could always try to motivate him to sell if you offer him double what the house is worth. |

1. call a realtor and ask them for data on the house. Realtors can pull information on the current owner, what they paid for the home and when it was last sold. They can even contact the home owner for you and ask.
2. Mail them a letter with your offer to buy the house.
3. If you are really bold, knock on the door :). |

02; pay the property taxes for three or four years and forclose
03; if morgage is owed on home . buy mortgage and forclose
04; frame owners with drugs or something , let it be taken on forfeiture and buy at auction
05; buy vacant land nextdoor and build identical house ! |
