we have these people that rent across the street and they have parties like every other day so we want to call the landlord every time we get woken up by them in hopes that he will make it stop. We are also going to start calling the police. |

you should contact law enforcement if they're breaking the noise ordinance. check your community's law enforcement page to see what can be done. they will handle the situation.
my personal opinion is do NOT try to find and contact the landlord. for all you know, it could be a careless parent of one of the residents who may be very defensive or dismissive. you just don't know who it could be and how they will react, so it's best to just let the police take care of it. |

The landlord can not enforce noise laws anyway, this is for the police. If you start harassing the poor landlord yopu might find yoruself with criminal charges. You need to call the police if you aer unable to resolve this yourself. |
