Buy the local newspaper and look in the Classified Ads or find out the name of your local newspaper and go online and look at the classified ads there. Sometimes there are magazines that provide rental information that are free that are placed in convenience stores and such. You can also look on the bulletin boards of the grocery store. Guess if there's a college in the area, you could call college housing.

All of the supermarkets where i live have in their outer lobby, racks stands, with a variety of books with listing of apartments. Maybe you'll want to check for such at the supermarkets in your area...Oh and the books are free..

Look online, (newsday.com) or get the newspaper, and/or pennysaver. Also, look on the bulletin board in food stores, they always have the best postings on houses or places to rent. And ask friends if they no any places that are renting.
