How to get the owner who want to sell or rent their condo/apartment? Pls help!!!?
I just started to be a real estate agent. I have a pool of tenants who want to rent a condomidium/ apartment, but I don't know how to get /reach the owner of the rental unit. The security of condo/ apartment don't allow me to farm my flyer. Any better way to reach the potential landlord? Please advice. Thank you very much. Best regards.

Put an ad in the paper. "Rentals Wanted, with option to buy" then your phone number. See what happens.

Mail it. If you know where they live you know their address.

I believe the best move is to advertise that there's a need of lessor in said condo building (not any specific unit) giving your requirement and contact address, require from unit owners only, stating their contact add too.

mail them a letter.

tax records will tell you the owner, or LLC that owns the property.
If the place is available to rent, then there should be easily accessed information. If the place is 100% occupied, then the owner may not want to hear from you.

Go to the county's website and look up the parcel. It will have the owner's name, then google it.

Go to your real estate broker, and find out how to research the title of the building.

Tell your broker to teach that to all real estate agents, and you will all be better agents.

Don't solicit by flyers, as this tends to annoy the owner/manager and homeowners.

By the way, make friends at your real estate office because the buddy system works! When you are busy with one client, someone else at the office watches your back, Helps with clients who call in so you don't lose them, and you do the same for them.....and you split by rewarding them when both of you sell, and you do the same in return for that person.

You make twice the money when 2 work together.
I did this when I was working my way thru college....made more money working with people in my office....as some steal your calls and people!

You should invest in a magnetic business card and mail it to the owner(s) at least 5-10 owners to begin your business. Most people will keep a business card such as that to stick on the refrigerator and maybe decide to call you at a later date.
