No such thing. If you have such a poor relationship with your son-in-law that you're even worried about this, he could not be trusted to abide by any agreement with you and/or your daughter on this issue. The best you could do is have a lease drawn up, but then you would have to pay rent. And if something did happen and your son-in-law wanted to kick you out but couldn't because of a lease, that would generate a lot of tension and resentment as long as you both stayed there.
You could see about having your name added to the deed of the new home as part owner, but you'd need an attorney and it raises all sorts of legal issues and sets you up for a protracted legal battle if anything ever goes wrong.

You should have a lawyer draw up a contract that documents what money you have contributed to the downpayment and saying that what money you pay them each month is part of the mortgage payment, and not just rent. It should also say that, if your SIL wanted to kick you out, he would have to buy out your share of the house by repaying you all the money you have put in (with interest!).

Record a security interest for the amount of money you contribute toward the new house. This won't keep him from kicking you out but at least you'll be able to recover your investment plus interest if you so choose.
