If you use the po box dont use the apartment no. It will confuse your mail carrier. You either use the apartment address OR the po box. The guy above me is the only one who gave the right listing so far. |

Dont use punctuation and place the zip code on the same line as the city and state. |

If you want the letter/package to go to the Post Office Box, put it first. If you want it to go to the street address put it first. Put the apartment with the street address.
So, in your example, to go to the post office box address it like this:
P.O. Box 95-B
942 D. Ponce de Leon Ave.
Apt. 8-B
Cityname, CA 30046
or, if you want it to go to the street address, turn it around like this:
942 D. Ponce de Leon Ave.
Apt. 8-B
P.O. Box 95-B
