Flipping houses is an excellent way to earn income, but there are many things to learn. You are not too young to start now. But I do suggest you find as much material and start reading. Look at your local community college and see if they offer classes.
The best way to learn is to find yourself a mentor willing teach you. If you need any more help, check profile and email me. |

Wait a bit - the market isn't very good right now. It's a good time to buy, but not to sell. So unless you want to hold the property for a while, I'd wait to buy. |

If you are going to do it start now, because...
A. It's very hard work if you intend to do the work yourself and
B. It's a buyers market right now and
C. Real estate prices only go up. Even if there is a slump right now, someday it will end and prices will continue to rise. |

The sooner the better if you can do it.
But have a plan. If the market tanks and you can't sell - what will you do? Would you be able to rent the property? Would your business venture sink if you couldn't sell? |

Flipping properties is illegal in many states. You are too young to go to jail. |
