I think someone entered the data wrong into the database. They probably left off 2 zeros (thinking they were "cents"). $350,000 is probably the actual price.
As for the rest of the web page -- that is all automatic HTML or PHP code that calculates the rest of the (very low) numbers.

The price is in correct. it should read $350,000.
Typically, one doesn't rent this size of house most purchase. If renting it would more than likely be approx $2500 a month plus utilities. You can also take the multiple listing number (MLS) shown just below the listing and go to another site like www.realtor.com to get more information on the home.

No, that's a rental at $3,500 per month. Rental properties often do crop up on realtors' websites when you are searching for properties for sale.
Use your common sense - it is incredibly easy to figure out when you have picked up a rental listing instead of sale property in your search. |

That’s a rental property. I ran into those once or twice when I was searching, and my buyer’s agent had to explain it to me. Have you found a buyer’s agent yet? If not, do so before you get much farther into this. That way you’ll have an expert in your local area to answer your questions. |
