My last name is Super, so if I could incorporate that in somehow without it being cheesy, that would be cool.
I really want to be able to somehow, in the name of the company, show that we have better and more complete service to our clients.

My market is a tourist town in Michigan called South Haven.
Lots of Chicago money.
The problem is that there is already 50 "lake shore realty, sunset realty, shores realty, shoreline realty".

Super Weekends? Wow, I started this group long ago - as my first group - and then moved on - never got notifications about the questions being posted. Thank you for taking the time to use this 'now active' forum'!
No matter what broker you work for. They can take your phone number away, they can take your company supplied website. They get all the leads after you have moved upward and onward. It is imperative in RE to build your own brand. And the best brand is your own name. First name "Super Lakeside Properties" Last name - seems to promise a lot and be very 'up' ' weekendish' or First name "Superior Properties" Last name. More than one name for different types of marketing is perfectly acceptable. "Super Homes" and "Super Second Homes" for the weekend. You have a great last name - use it. For the purpose of search engine optimization you must have the search keywords in the name of the www addresses you choose.
I would be happy to get you listed in every Neighborhood Chamber of Commerce within 100 miles of your neighborhood! Mick Monroe |

I would leave "Super" out of the company name...it will sound cheesy no matter what...instead, use it as a tag line..."For Super Deals, Call "[first name] SUPER".
Consider where you live...if a lot of hispanics, maybe "Primero Real Estate" ...means first
If in the mountains...Mountain Realty...Peak Realty, etc...
Alpha is greek for "one"...Alpha Real Estate |

Good for you. Go for it. My only critique is this - make your company name show that your SERVICE is superior, not your listings. Your 'inventory' is ALL the houses for sale. So is the inventory of every other company you're competing with. |
