As far as disclosures goes, would you not say anything or just disclose "buyer is related to agent" in the purchase contract? |

Ask your broker. I say you should only because I recently saw an agent getting a place he had listed for his ex and he almost managed to talk his client into accepting a really low ball offer. Not revealing it may just smack of deceit |

The divorce degree legally dissolved your familial relations between the two of you, unless the decree states otherwise (like joint custody of children).
You are not "related" to your ex-wife, if your divorce was correctly filed, executed and documented in the county of record.
You may disclose you are related as the ex-husband should any specific state law or statute require something so draconian. For this issue, over disclosure doesn't violate any laws, so you probably are OK going either way on this one. |

Good question because technically you are not still related to her but I'm not sure. When in doubt, CYA, disclose, disclose, disclose. |

Wow, what a great opportunity to get back at the ex! If I were you I would disclose to your ex that you are representing the seller and also disclose that you once were married to the buyer and let the games begin! |

Not to be glib but the proper disclosure in the purchase and sale agreement might read "buyer was related to agent" |

You should pose this question to your realtor office. You have a code of ethics you are bound by...ask if you don't know. |
