I am offered a position selling homes on the beach starting at 1 - 10 million dollars.?
Do you think I will sell these homes in this economy. Located in South Beach Fl directly on the beach?

If they are marketed to the right people, they should sell. I say...find your target market (even in other states, looking for beach retirement) and offer incentives to come look. Real estate has been so scary lately but that's a whole different ball game. .....a whole different clientele. Good luck but with your sweet personality, I'm sure you won't need it!

Yes, the economy doesn't really affect people with that kind of wealth.

If someone wants a home on the beach, and they are impressed with what they see, and if they can afford it when its a million dollars anyway, well...all I can say is, they must have money to burn. The catch is....not them. Its YOU!!!
You're the one who has to believe its possible.
Just fall in love with the homes. get excited!! And all the rest will follow.
Don't look for puddles....where there need not be any.

I'm not in real estate, nor will I pretend to understand the ins and outs of your business, but I wish you the best of luck with this opportunity.

Yes, I have a feeling you will sell well. Ppl who have that kind of wealth are not affected the same way the middle class is affected when the economy is struggling. Take our president for an example he didn't know the gas prices where going up at one of his last press conferences. He also does not believe we are going to go into a recession. He's is an oil tycoon. So, in my opinion ppl with expendable cash do not feel the pinch.

Good Luck also....sounds like a WONDERFUL career!!!

I bet it will be beautiful to go thru thos homes and meet ppl of high society status.

I don't want to rain on the parade but are you a licensed real estate agent.while it may be possibleto sell homes wihout a license I'm sure there are many legalities, rules and regulations that you should be familiar with. This may be an offer that is too good to be true.Be careful. If it is real , a good salesperson can sell ice to an eskimo.

I was once in your situation. Don't worry, everything will work out for you =)

A year ago I found this organization that gives people up to $1500 in renter or mortagage assistance! They operate in most US cities, I highly suggest you try to get some of this money.
