I don't have any credit. Is it still possible to get a loan to buy a house?
I work full time and have been at the same job for 8 years. My husband also works full time. We both have good jobs that pay well. Our problem is that we don't have any credit at all. We don't have bad credit, we have none at all. We did a credit check and we were told that in the credit system we are like ghosts. Is it still possible for us to get a loan for a house? I'm going to add this also, I was in a bad car accident and had to get a lawyer. I was told that due to my injuries I should get a good settlement. It might take 2 years before we get that money. We rent right now and we are so crowded and ready to get in a bigger house. Any suggestions would be great.

I am a mortgage consultant and I have ran into this problem a couple times with some of my first time home buyers. In order to purchase a home, unfortunately, you have to have credit. I used to have two lenders that would do no credit loans. But since guidelines are changing and banks are making it harder to get approved, these no credit programs are gone. So my advice would be to hook up with a credit consular and have them show you the quick and correct way of building your credit. (Make sure the credit consular is legit and not after your money) You could also try to do it yourself. Just be careful of doing that, always keep your credit card balances 30% below the actual credit card limit. Also, when you put debt on a credit card, pay it off right away. It will take some time to build your credit, however, you have plenty of time because housing prices are not going up any time soon. If you have any questions or would like a good credit consulor, feel free to email me tebay123@yahoo.com. I hope I answered your question some what good enough... Good luck to you!

Is there anyway the person you are renting from will report it to the credit bureaus for you? That would help.

Yes!!!!!

We just sold a home to a person without a credit score. FHA.

We used rental history and electric bill.

It can be done.

Yes, you can get Bad Credit Loan.

A bad credit history is like having contracted an infectious disease. At least this is what most lenders perceive. Any requests for personal loans by people with a bad credit history are generally declined.

But there is a way now, you can apply for Bad Credit Loan.
Here are some best lendrers in this Category.

well heres how you start, get a credit card, and use it, but dont fall into the trap that they want you to, think of it as your debit card, pay it off in its intirety every month, then your credit will build like crazy, but you gotta start or yeah, you will have no credit, and sorry to say in this day of age, having a good job doisent cut it anymore, they need proof, but if you have money and arent in a tight spot, you can easily pay back the balance every month, jus tdont use your debit card and use the cc, and when the bill comes pay it off, easy peasy

That would be reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaallly hard. There are some individual companies/ brokers that might be able to do something for you, contact a few and see what they say. I think you should start some credit and be exact and on time with your payments.
