A friend of mine told me about a website called www.lowermyinterestrate.net I know she have bad to decent credit score around 560-580 and she got approve for a home loan. Her loan program was one loan not 80/20 fix for either 30 or 40yrs her rate is a 6.5% fix not a ARM program. Which I think is great. So thats the company that I am getting my home loan with as well. give them a try.
What state are you in. I think they only lend in certain state. I know about Maryland, washington Dc and Virginia but they might lend in other states as well |

If your credit is bad, you're going to have a hard time getting a loan and an even harder time purchasing a condo. Get out of debt before purchasing a home, or you're just going to get in over your head and go through foreclosure. |
