No, you are not being evicted, and this will not go on your record or affect your credit. You may get bad references from your current landlord because you violated the lease (I don't know if you actually did or not, I'm just echoing what you said).
If you do not move in the requested 30 days, you most certainly will be evicted. |

If you agree to vacate the premises according to the notice you received, you will not be evicted. Your tenancy is being ended because of a lease violation. An eviction is a court action, and that has apparently not yet been indicated. |

If you are on a lease, "wanting to sublet" is not cause for the landlord to terminate it.
What you received is a notice to vacate, which is different than the legal action of an eviction. It should not affect your credit if you follow by all the terms, which may include paying out your lease until the place is re-rented. |

Don't listen to anyone telling you this is an eviction. It isn't.
It is exactly what it says, a notice to vacate. You have 30 days to move out, it will not show up on your record at all.
Now, if you fail to vacate then you will be evicted, and that will be on your credit report. |
