TRY GETTING EVICTION NOTICES AND GIVE THEM EACH ONE, THEN IF THEY DON'T LEAVE CALL THE POLICE... |

Tell them you want them to leave. If that doesn't work contact your local police department and talk with them. Remember every state has specific laws reguarding eviction. They may require that you go through the proper channels and give them thirty days to leave. |

You could get the police to come and remove them - but if they have furniture and things in your home .. they law will say they have a right to be there and you will have to deal with the property manager - I would address her this way _ Tell her you got yourself in a bind and have two people living with you that you want gone - she can request that they fill out applications in order to be approved to live there ( they most likely will not want to fill one out - and head their own way since now the manager knows) If you are in a apartment that is a 1 bedroom then she will tell you, you have to many occupants and again a letter would be sent informing your occupants that they must go. If you are nice to them and explain that you got yourself in this mess and have learned a lesson and it would not happen again and so on... They will help you because they do not want another empty apartment - unless your a trouble maker. .lol..lol.. good luck |
