well, its not your tv, its theirs until u pay for it, and if you are late, then most likely according to the agreement u made with them, it will be repossed. better let them take it. better than them taking u to court, and u having to not only pay them,return the tv, and pay their court cost plus more penalties. |

if you refuse them entry they will report it as stolen property and then the police will get involved giving you a possible criminal charge. i had a room mate that was late and those are the steps the rental agency went through.

It amazes me how many people will sign a variety of contracts but never read what they are signing.
Yes, you agreed to give them access to retrieve their property if you fail to live up to the terms of the contract. If you block them from this, they can go to the Constable and have him help them enforce the contract or, if they really want to be nasty, charge you with theft and have the cops come arrest you.

Yes, but they will have to call the police (more likely the Sheriff's department) to come and force you to open your door and allow them to repossess the TV. You will also get to pay a fine to the courts for requiring the sheriff deputy to show up to your house.
So make it easy on yourself and just let the employees from Aaron's Rental into your home and take the TV you are not paying for (as you agreed to in your contract). |

2nd off , you need to read the fine print on the contract you signed.
3rd off , pay your bill's and you wont have to worrie about them taking your stuff. |
