Hi All,
rather than beat around the bush like other questions i thought I could just be straight forward.
I am an escort, i work for a company. However, I make cash only, and i don't keep a bank account, which means I don't report my taxes unless one of my customers sends me a 1099 because they paid using a business credit card (yes it's happened before) and not to mention, i have no receipts to keep.
My Question:
what is the best way to generate proof of income for a landlord on short notice? I just opened up a bank account and the statement will show that i have money. but i want to know how i show a landlord that my income is continual.
PS I'm trying to avoid confessing my profession to the landlord, but if i can't, then i can't, any advice guys? |

Create one on your computer and get a friends phone number. I would rent from an person rather then a apartment complex they check into things more.

Did you know that many drug lords also live at home with their mothers because no one will rent to them.
The IRS doesn't care if you are hooker. They care that you have income and never report it.
If the system works, you either report your income, have tax returns and get enough credit to rent an apartment. If you want to cheat on your taxes, you deserve to live in the street. |

I would be up front with the landlord and take your chances. If he won't rent to you, I guess that's the price you pay for defrauding the government out of your income taxes. |

this post sounds a little less than credible, but if you don't put money in the bank how can you pay your utilities? how can you have a credit card or a car loan? |

i think you are asking us how to defraud the government and still get the benefits..................i do not care what happens to you...you will find a place to rent where the landlord is not reporting the income and yall will get along fine |

I was unemployed once and needed an apartment.
I tolds the apartment that I worked in a cash business (which I did) and offered to pre-pay the first 90 days.
They rented to me.

I am assuming you are an honest person and you still file taxes for the full income you receive. You should be able to show past tax returns. |
