Oh well if it's a housing association you're just steailing from your neighbours whose rent will increase to make up your arrears after you're gone... so that's just fine then.
You're just trying to justify being a thief and like all thieves you'll come unstuck sooner or later. |

You're one of the reasons this country is in a mess. No doubt you haven't paid your rent because you've been saving the fare to go abroad. The sooner you go the better and good riddance. What goes around comes around. |

As a landlord this happened to me,so l filed a county court judgement against them, giving them a criminal record, when she tried to return to the country she was barred.Stealing money owed to others is about as low life as you get.Pay up and have a clear conscience |

There is nothing clever about cheating a Landlord...it`s just the same as stealing from anyone - including your mother or sister.
Some people think all Landlords are rich...not so.
Even if they were, it is still wrong.
Always remember, in life what goes around comes around. |

Just hope you mean perm as no doubt the land lord will take this further and you will be in bother if you try to come in to UK again. Quite honestly if you are not manly enough to pay what you owe then you certainly won't be a miss here in UK |

It's bad karma to not pay what you owe. There are legal paths the landlord could take and I'm sure you would like to return to the UK one day, if only for a visit. |

I do not know the answer to your question - but I thought i'd let you know that i am a landlord who lets many of my properties to housing association for ease - so in effect you are not paying the landlord.
This will of couse affect your credit histroy - so if you did ever come back to the uk it will be hard to get credit as you will have a massive default on your credit file and a gone away status |

Nothing... the landlord is taking a risk keeping you there... |

you will not be able to rent in the new country either because this will go on your record - just because you go to a different country doesn't mean that nobody will find out that you stole (yes- not paying rent is STEALING!) from your last landlord. There are credit reporting agencies and investigators just for deadbeats like you. |

The answer to your question is you risk very little, certainly not interpol. A landlord can get a debt recovery agency after you, or claim via the county court. However the court cant rule against you if papers cant be served (because you are out of the country).
It is not the case that you will get a criminal record as this is a civil matter. |
