if you do not own the apartment then you cannot just rent out a room you have to have permission from the landlord.if you don't you can get into alot of trouble .you maybe looking for somewhere to live.

go through a realtor so that you wont be involed you will just have to pay the realtor a very small part it will work out for you in the long run. Also if you dont own it legally you cant rent to someone else on paper so watch yourself if you are stressed for money maybe you should be looking for a room.....
