Start packing. You will get a notice to vacate. You want to be gone before the sheriff shows up to evict you and change the locks.
Your state laws determine all of this. |

Not more than 30 days and it could be as few as 3. I'm sorry for all the people that are loosing homes to forecloser, but you had to know it was coming. I hope you have a new place to go to. |

You will probably get a "Notice to Vacate" immediately after the foreclosure is filed. The sheriff's office will probably deliver it tomorrow pm or the next day. You have at the most 30 days to pack and leave, maybe as little as 2 days, depending on state law.
If you are not out, the sheriff's office will throw your furniture, clothes and household goods outside to the curb where they will be available for anybody to pick up.
Take care of what you have left by getting things boxed up and ready to move. Spread this around to family members if you can't afford to rent another place immediately.
