You need to do some research of your own.
By asking for help on here for a 30k loan you open yourself up to not only abuse but scammers and their are a few on here.
Look on the internet for comparison sites you need sub prime lenders who deal with poor credit and see where that leads you.
Check ALL your options B1 before commiting your self to anything on here or anywhere else for that matter.
If the LTV on your three current properties is high you will probably be turned down.
Lending criteria is very strict at the moment.
You will also need the funds to support the new loan.

If you have 2 properties then you should consider remortgaging one of them on a buy to let basis or you could also consider bridging finance.
Depending upon the deal and the lender selected this can take between one and 4 weeks.
The deal selected will dependant upon how bad your credit rating is and how much equity you have in your property.
If you see a mortgage broker he will be able to decide which is the quickest route for you to take. |
