♥KissAngelle♥ | I need help getting someone evicted!!? |
I have been living in this house/neighborhood for about 2 years now and later on in the year we got new neighbors. The big problem is that these neighbors are so ignorant and rude they drive through our driveway to park in their front yard and we constantly kept asking them not to do that, they let their visitors park in front of our driveway, they babysit kids and dont control them like they play all in our front yard and knocked down the side fences on their house and the fence that separates our garage and backyard to theirs. We constantly called the police for their disturbances that they cause and they are very triflin leavin trash all over the place. They party like every weekend with too much noise and i been fed up with them. I found their landlords number on the appraisal website in our city and i need to know how to call their landlord and file a complaint or at least get them evicted without her knowing who I am and that I live next door to them. I NEED TO KNOW FAST!!! |

It's best to call the landlord first - just to make sure you're both on the same page...then take action |

You have absolutely NO right to evict your neighbors.
Don't count on your landlord doing it either. Not only does it cost money, "rudeness" is not an evictable problem. |

Call the landlord and tell him/her specific things they're doing that would concern the property itself. Do they damage the house? Is parking in their yard destroying the grass? You can say that you live near them and have concerns, but there's no reason they need to find out exactly which neighbor called. |

find out if you can press tresspassing charges and get the city involved most cities have clean yard ordinances.... |

My SD and her mom had the same probelm. They called the police when the neighbors were unruly and whenever they had a party (lots of underage/teenage drinking), for the noise, the broken glass that my SD had to pick up and avoid walking on and the overall trashing of the house. She kept a record of everything they did and ended up getting the home owners address. She sent a letter to both the owner and the agent and not only were they evicted, but sued for damages as well. |

evictions can only be court ordered and issued by the landlord i suggest you talk to him though he sounds like a slumlord so good luck with that. call the cops, thats what you pay them for (with your taxes of course) |

You can't do anything to evict them, as you're not their landlord. Since you do have their landlord's contact info, call the landlord or better yet, write them, to let them know what their tenants are doing. If the landlord is the owner of the unit, he wouldn't want to be responsible for damages caused to his own or your unit.
If you are renting the place where you live, contact your landlord about the damages to your unit and let him know that it was caused by the neighbor and that you have the neighbor landlord's info. This way your landlord can deal directly with theirs to get the problem fixed.
And call the police if they are disturbing the peace, blocking your drive way or damaging property. Those activities are all illegal and need to be taken care of. |

There is no sure way to not have them know you complained.
We have a neighbor with similar situation, partys until 3am on the back patio.
We wrote a letter to the landlord explaining everything. The landlord called and apologized for the tenants. We had complained to the tenants for a long time. The landlord was going to speak with the tenant (unless they are totally stupid, they know who complained). Anyway, the house has been completely dark for the last 3 nights, we spoke to the landlord 4 days ago. |

Call the landlord and express your concerns |

Tell them that you think that your neighbors are dealing drugs, or possibly making "Methamphetamine's" in the house. Also tell them that others in the area have been complaining and that you are the only one that would take initiative to look them up. Another great one is that you think they are lowering the property value...most landlords are only concerned about the cash $$$ |
