Whatsit2U | I need help making my rent this month.? |
I was wondering if anyone out there can help me solve my HUGE problem. I need 1500 by next Friday in order to pay my rent; otherwise I will be evicted and put out on the streets. I was wondering if anyone knew how I can get his money ASAP. I’ve already asked friends and family and they can’t help me out. I don’t make that much as it is and all that money is gone now too. Payday loans or any other loans aren’t an option because of bad credit. Is there anything else out there for me to do in order to get this money I need for rent? Please, someone give me good suggestions to help my problem. I’m really scared and I do not want to get put out of my place. Additional Details I live in Aurora, IL |

If your paycheck cannot cover your rent, then you either need a second (or a higher-paying) job, you need to live in a cheaper apartment, or you need a roommate to help with the bills. There are really no other options for you.
And just so you know, the eviction process can take a little while. Simply call your landlord and say you need a bit more time. Even if the landlord says no, and you're late on the payment, he has to go through a legal process to evict you. By that time, you can have found a more affordable place to live.
In the future, always think about whether you can afford something before you commit to it. |

Go to your local welfare office with your lease agreement, your eviction notice, your pay stubs, and other house bills ie electric, gas, phone bills. Tell them your situation. Once you do that...I would definitely work on finding a cheaper place to live and a second job. You need to get your credit better anyway and put yourself on the straight and narrow. Good luck. It will be a rough road, but you can do it! |

I assume thats dollars? $1500 dollars a month rent ? Not far from Chicago? You need this by next Friday, is that Friday 9th?
You must have put up one month in advance or didnt you, or is this including your one month up front?
Do you have anything you can sell that would raise that sort of cash? If so sell it, to buy time to think about your life, then think hard, you cant afford your present life style!! |

You didnt mention where you live, but some cities have non-profit agencies that help people in your situation.
Google it up, or look in the yellow pages.
Or if you want, add your city in "additional details" and I'll see what I can look up for you.
Try this website:
http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/hcc/hcs.cfm?webListAction=search&searchstate=IL
It's for the HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agencies
Look through the list, contact some of them, and see if they can help you out.
Good luck!
More specifically, try this one:
http://www.aurorafcs.org/
Even if they dont offer rent assistance, call them and ask if they can refer you to an agency that does. |

A second job is an easy suggestion, but you will realize that you wouldn't make over $500 in a week unless you were to work non-stop.
I'm sorry to say, but if you can make $1500 in a week, I'd be the happiest person on earth because that's $72,000 a year at that rythm.
Honestly, I'd suggest getting a second job and earn as much as you can, perhaps you can try explaining the situation to your landlord, he might understand. Tell him you plan to maintain a second job until you obtain $1,500 and even save up to build a cash reserve.
and what ever happened to your stimulus check? I hope you didn't spend it yet. anyways, best of luck. |

You can get pay day loans from places like checkinto cash even with bad credit.
Other then some sort of loan there is no way of just getting 1500 bucks in a week.
Talk with your landlord. do you not have any of the rent money at all? sounds like you may be living beyond your means. |
