TALK to them and ask what your options are. Ask several people there. Ask about Loan modification, Loan Forbearance, Deed in Lieu, and Foreclosure. BEST cure is payment. Lenders try to work with people who are trying to pay their loans. To just stop paying and then expect government help is not going to happen before the 15th. Go to HUD accredited credit counseling, HUD Hope for Homes, etc.
All the programs they're talking about are for loans which are SAVABLE, which means people who are trying to pay, trying to keep their homes, who have ability to pay, not those who just give up, pay nothing and wait for the bailout. Your loan is subprime if you have Lousy Credit, did No Docs approval, put little or nothing down. If you are paying more than 33% of income on housing, you may have involved yourself with predatory lending. As you've only had your home a year, absent unemployment or disaster, nothing has changed and you shouldn't be defaulting. |

So she ask me to contact this online bank and I require a loan from this bank first, second day no reply from this man and I proceeded with him finally I receive a loan of about 22,000pounds from this lender. So I now said to my self nothing good come through stress when you are with the right person. Subprime loans are for people who have inferior credit. Do you know your credit score? If it's below about 600 you may have a subprime loan. What's your rate? If it's over about 6.5%, it may be subprime. A lot of times the borrower wouldn't know they have a subprime loan because we don't generally say, you're credit stinks so we have to give you a subprime rate.
