Most counties have a Real Estate Web Site.
You can go online and put in the address and city or township etc and find out this information.

For what kind of insurance? If your buying renters insurance I don't think they need that information, but ask your landlord. He should be more than willing to give you that information.

If zillow.com does not have the info call a local title company. They will give you the info free of charge.

you can look at the deed on your county recorders page or the tax records on the county assessor's page.
