Get a lawyer that specializes in Real Estate. Don't mess around. The longer you let this go the more money it will cost you. Let the buyers know you are serious. Good luck. |

Threaten and end date of waiting, then file evction for breach of contract. keep the down payment and resell. They will probably pay though |

1) Talk to a Real Estate lawyer. It might cost you some $ up front, but it'll save you more in the long run.
2) This is why you should ALWAYS use a title company and not allow the deal to close until Escrow is finalized.
3) I would probably get with your local / county property office and find out the best course of action. You can likely freeze the transfer of title w/ the county if the buyer hasn't paid in full. DO THIS NOW !
4) Best of luck, if they've already taken possession, you might have a very hard time getting them out. |
