I have been married over 30 years and would never have thought of marrying a man to own a house - even if he is a good man. Love is more important. Find a guy you love, save for the downpayment and then buy a house together.
On the other hand, if you have excellent credit - score over 760 - you may be able to get a mortgage without downpayment, roll in the closing costs and you must be able to show that you will be able to pay back the loan including taxes and insurance. Good luck! |

You just have to be aprroved for a loan (preferably FHA) then go to www.preferredprogram.org They can help you with a down payment. Good luck |

Loans and friends (or more than friends) do not mix well. Go talk to some lenders to see if you can qualify for a mortgage. You may be able to find a program that does not require a down payment.

Check into local city and county down payment programs. Maybe even a seller willing to carry back a second as your down for a short time.Never get married as a condition of anything. |
