with out a ss card or green card as a resident alien, you cannot count his income or use him on the loan, federal law which has gotten tough since 9/11, you dont need him if your credit is good enough and your income works, check with a local bank for info.there are loan programs for those with the right to work in this country, however, you must have guarnateed employement for a minuimum of 5 years with the right to reamin in this country as a foreign worker for that time frame again check with local banks for info |

A legal husband has the right to apply for US immigration papers. If you cross the border the USA may not let him return with you until the papers are finished. Get a lawyer to help you. So forget the house for now. |
