Cars are a rapidly depreciating asset so your only going to be able to get a relatively short term loan, nobody who knows what they are doing will give you one above maybe 7 years or so (probably not even that long). Sorry I just don't think you are going to be able to find what you are looking for (unless you can live with short term).

Depends on how old the car is whether the bank will give you a loan or not. If the car hold little value anymore you will have a hard time getting a long term loan, and the loan will be no more than the value of the car.

Be very careful of anyone offering to lend you money long term on a car title and saying they are doing Gods work or doing it just to help you out. All of these offers sound like a wolf in sheeps clothing. DO NOT GIVE ANYONE YOUR SS# over the internet that is offering to lend you money. One more time DO NOT GIVE ANY ONE YOUR PERSONAL INFROMATION ON LINE. I don't care how much you need the money. There are scamers everywhere.
