You will need to find a mortgage broker who can handle "B paper" (officially known as subprime lending). Ask the real estate agent listing the house you want to buy. Be honest about your situation. The agent wants you to buy the house and will know who to send you to for the appropriate type of loan.

I am a Realtor and there is a way you can buy a home without credit. Most mortgage companies will help you even without credit. You will need 3 years of alternate credit. IE. cable bill, electric bill or even a car payment would be considered alternate credit. You have to show that things bills were paid on time every month for three years straight. So, you can go pretty much anywhere.

I'd like to buy a luxury yacht, but oops. I can't afford it.

I wonder, could anyone buy it for me?

Yeah man. Pick a realtor and they will figure it all out for you. No credit or a little bit bad credit isn't bad in the house market. These banks will make a TON of money off you if they approve you for a loan, so dont be shy - go get a realtor (prefferably recommended by family or friends) and get a house.
