If you have $8,000 in credit card debt on top of a decent sized car loan and very low credit scores, the last thing you need is anything "luxury". I would say there's a good chance you will NOT be approved. |

It truly depends on the credit criteria of the company and what your total monthly income is and if you can prove it. Those credit scores are not great but I have had people purchase homes with that score. it also depends on where you are because the markets are different everywhere. |

What is your income? A lot of their decision will be whether you can even afford this luxury apt. With your cc debt and car payment, and now wanting to be in a luxury apt, maybe you are living beyond your means? Are you saving any money every month to buy a place, or to pay off your debt? I would say your credit score is a bit low actually, but if you have the income ( usually 3x whatever the monthly rent is ) they might overlook your score. |

You're leaving out some critical information. Such as how much you earn. And what the monthly rent is.
Bluntly, though, your credit is lousy. Why is it so bad if you never missed any payments and have no collections?
It's difficult to say whether you'll get approved, especially without knowing your income and the apartment rent. But if I had to make a guess, with those credit scores, I'd say no. |

I highly doubt, that you will get approved here on yahoo. Unless you actually ask the party in question, you won't find out.

Do you make enough money to afford the apt.? Then you probably won't have any problem given the scores are low due to a shorter history no BAD credit. |

WHY are you wanting to do this?!
I wouldn't take you as tenant.
Most critical info is monthly income and rent as percentage of that. Settle for a normal, not luxury apartment, pay down your debts and save some money, and build up your credit. There's a reason it's low 600s not 700s. |
