The 3 day period will include Saturday but not Sunday or the day of signing. So she should be able to get her funds on Tuesday. |

It depends on when she signed.
She could only get the money on Monday, November 3rd if she signed on Wednesday, October 29th. If she signed yesterday, Thursday, October 30th then she wouldn't get her money until Tuesday, November 4th because Sunday's do not count towards the 3 day recission period. |

it all depends on the day she signed the note. The date of signing does not count. Then 3 days must elapse with Sunday not counting either so Yes it could be Monday but the HUD will show the date on it when funds will be paid
