Very simple. Do a search for "bug sweeper" on the internet. You could get one pretty cheap, and check for anything of the sort. A bug sweeper searches for any electronic frequencies like a camera or audio recording device.

Ok , I would do some insane stunt . Lick the walls and run around with your undies on your head singing " God save the Queen" everyday and then light candles and start chanting and take you poopy in a soup bowl and then pray and then flush it .

If you dont get any starnge looks from your landlord then your cool.

If that were true your landlord would go to jail for a long time.

What makes you think that is true? I would call the police and explain what you think. They should come to your apartment and check it out. Do it right away, it is better to be safe than sorry.

If you feel he is doing this, you don't want to live there anymore. If he has threatened you with this, you need to file a harrassment report. If you have these kind of feelings about different things all the time, you need to see a counselor.

Good Luck

Maybe you could hold up signs that say your landlord is a ***, and then see if he treats you differently next time you see him.

change the phone, if your landlord calls you and tells you that you can't change the phone or wants to upgrade your phone without ever knowing about you switching it, that would be a tip off. Also, check the closet where the water heater is and look for any strange boxes, lights or wires that lead to no where. If you don't want to spend money on a bug sweeper just get and old remote or something that looks electronic and walk around the rooms with it sweeping it up and down.

Rain
Check your air vents. What has happened to make you think this?

Be careful accusing someone of doing something WITHOUT proof.

Go find a camera or a bug, then call the police.

If the landlord finds out you are accusing him of bugging your apartment, or hiding a camera you could be in more trouble then you think.

Get proof first, then go to the police.

I would be looking for holes in things. Camera are so little now, they can be difficult to find. You need better advice than I can give you. Try asking the police for help.

Most "hidden" cameras use an infrared signal for focusing. If you have a digital camera, you can see this infrared light as a whitish or greenish glow by looking through your camera's viewfinder and pointing the camera at the place where a camera is most like to be hidden, like airvents.
The phone might not be bugged, but there MAY be a microphone attached to the camera.

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but unless you've actually seen a physical device to make you think this, you have a mental problem.
You need to see a counselor or psychiatrist at once.
This is a sign of schizophrenia or some other serious disorder.

I'll bet this isn't the first time you've though someone was "out to get you", is it?
Seriously, I'm not being funny. Get help before you ruin your life and someone else's.
