If you would like to buy the house, call the landlord and ask how much he will sell the house to you for. He may want to sell after owning all this time. He may help you get financing and grant some credit toward down-payment to help you. I have in the past.
But he will sell it to you at today's price, not the 1992 price. If he helps you at all it would be a gift, not any requirement. |
