If i rent a place 1br appartment with three people me my girl and our son age 6?
Lets say they only want two for one bed. And...we dont tell them whats the worst that can happen if we sign a year lease?

They will tell us after our lease we need to either move into a two bedroom or go else where? Is that the worst?

Who is they? You can rent whatever you want. You're not talking about one of those welfare apartments are you?

There is nothing wrong with it. Many parents have one bedroom apartments and give the kids the bedroom while they sleep on the hideaway in the living room. No reason to get evicted.

the worst is you could be evicted.. breaking the lease in a material way.. just like if you have more animals than signed on for.. or even one if not allowed..

you could loose any funding like sect. 8 or such.. some managers might call child protective services on you for not properly taking care of your son.. i've seen it done in WA state.

If the lease says that no more than two people are allowed in a 1br, and you put 3 in the apartment, then you are in default of the lease.

You can get kicked out, and the landlord can come after you for the full 12 months rent anyway.

You are risking a possible eviction. Along with the eviction will be a written document posted on the Landlord Website stating that you are an unreliable tenant.

Don' t start any relationship with a lie, business or personal, you always get burnt.

You may want to explain your plans to the landlord, they may allow your child to stay with you. Honestly goes a long way.

No, they will evict you that is the worst, and the rules are 2 max per bedroom.

I would start immediate eviction proceedings for falsifying the application. I am not allowed by law to have more than two people in a one bedroom. I can be taken to court and penalized .

National fire code is 2 heartbeats per bedroom. A livingroom is not a bedroom nor does it offer privacy. Try to find a 2 bedroom apt in your price range. Nix some of the amenities of the apt your looking at and concentrate on the basics. You can also try to find an apt that pays utilities so you can afford higher rent.

who's going to say something to you. you can squat 650 and bench 440. they'll be too frightened of you to say something.

It depends on the landlord, and the city. I personally rented 1 bdr apartments to couples with a child, and took over one where 2 children and their parents were living.

If you lie to the landlord about the number of people, you might be evicted.

Some city regulaitons specify the number of people per square foot of apartment ... so a tiny 1-bdr might not legally hold 3 people.

Answer the questions on the application truthfully. If it ask for names, ages or total number of persons to live in the unit then you must list the child and both adults or risk being evicted for breach of contract. If the specific question is not asked or the application and lease do not specify how many tenants are allowed you may be able to get buy with it.
Why look for problems before you even move in?
