If swiming pool and laundry are listed under Amenities in an apartment does that mean you get those for free ?

notyou311
The use of the pool is usually free but most apts. have coin operated washers and dryers. Ask about it.

The pool yes. The laundry is probably coin operated.

100% Organic Snark™
Sort of. The laundry machines are coin operated.

It doesn't mean your laundry is free.. It means there is a facility on site. Usually coin op.

If it were a washer and dryer in every unit, it would state it that way.

and the pool is free, paid for in your rent.

If you're in a building the pool is free but laundry is coin op. It just means you don't have to go to the laundromat.
