People in apartments can typically hear everything going on in the other units. They get built as quickly & as cheaply as building codes allow. Even just walking & talking in normal voices gets heard. It is all part of living in an apartment & there is really nothing you can do about it.
Either try to be quiet or don't worry about what your neighbors think. |

No they can't 'def' hear you. Depends how thick walls are and what room (I'm assuming different rooms may apply) you are in and what room in there apt. they are usually in.
I would have to say tho. Even if your neighbors are understanding, young, etc. people at some point if they have to listen to that every day. Or a few times a day ... at some point it will get annoying I'm sure.
