A load of cheap council houses up north for $50,000 spend $10,000 on each to modernise then rent the whole lot out,as well as selling some to make huge proffits.just live on the interest.

I'd pay of my parents mortgage...about £200,000 still left....then I'd buy a Cateram classic sports car for £12,000, the rest I would save to buy a house after uni.....

And of course i'll spend lots on british bitter at uni and chips

I would purchase real estate in Houston. It is consistently one of the top cities in growth, performance, diversity, and economic expansion. Real Estate has always been the #1 source for building wealth. I'd look at specificly purchasing land areas growing in population.
