Real estate; the possibility of large commissions is very attractive. However, it's *much* harder work.

sahel578
Health Insurance Agent.. because of the growing need for heathcare.

And real estate is far too rocky at the moment.

dickn2000a
Real Estate... a good salesman can make 10 times what an insurance salesman makes.

I would become a real estate agent as there is more money there once you start building a clientele. Or you can become both, why not? I am a licensed insurance agent and real estate agent but decided that I don't like selling insurance.

Jambalaya
REAL ESTATE AGENT...money involved commissions..now in my are many houses are being built every year...

I think insurance is probably more stable, especially with the housing slump right now. The housing market goes up and down, but people always have to have insurance

Insurance agent, Insurance has residual income real estate you have to keep selling to keep your income where you want it.

alyssa
I don't know which one makes the most money or is the best carreer move. But people are getting a very low opinion of people who sell insurance they see them as wanting to get out of doing what they are selling. Helping people.
The way they talk about people who sell insurance I wouldn't want to be one.

dumbuglyweirdo
Real estate. More exciting, get to see properties and manage paperwork a lot, make people happy giving them what they want and need. People drop, cancel, or renege on paying insurance more often than in real estate....

Estate agent, mostly people dont but insurance and when they saw an insurance agent they will just run away or shoo you away. People gets supasticious(don't rly know how to spell it) cause they think that buying insurance means they will most likely die soon , btw im living in singapore so maybe your country thinking is different .

Hope you find a suitable job(:

mitchellar31
Real estate would be funner and more money depending on where you live, if you are personable and live in a big city realtor is def the way to go!

i love satan
neither, they are both scumbags
