If it is on your credit report then yes, you will have a hard time ....

What's bothersome about that is that you have to put a deposit down first, and then the manager will review your record, and then it takes a couple of weeks to get your deposit back. That waiting for your money is not fun.
If you have an eviction and it shows up on your credit report then you're screwed. If you can come up with a co-signer who has good credit and nothing bad at all on their report, and they would be willing to co-sign to pay the rent if you don't then you're ok. Do you have parents or a family member who would help you out so you can learn your lesson? The lesson is to earn enough income to pay your bills, AND to pay off your past bills so you won't have this problem again in the future.

Yes it will. I wouldn't rent to you if I were a landlord. Your wages will most likely be garnished soon too. You need to start being an adult and being responsible.

Why in the world would any landlord take you on as a tenant when you let it get to the eviction stage and you still have an outstanding debt? Landlords are not parents. They have bills to pay they aren't a government social service agency. Grow up and face the music and pay your bills. The roof over your head has got to be a top priority.

From my experience, most places look on evictions very poorly. They think they can't trust you to pay your rent because of it. You are not alone. My husband and I have the same problem!!!! You can sometimes find individuals to rent from who won't check any of that, but they are hard to find nowadays so good luck!!!!

Yes ,some will some want.they have a place they report things like that to and it may not have been reported yet and on file. .if they say something, tell them your making payments to those people you owe, give those people something in good faith to let them know your going to eventually pay them what you owe. and show them what you have paid.and show your good intentions.so pay those people you owe something to get them from not reporting you is my advise.then make payments till you pay them off, Good luck.

Some will rent to you but some may do it with a higher security deposit required.

Yes. Some just check to see if you are employed. However, run your credit to see how much the unpaid eviction is. If it has been turned over to a collection agency, sometimes they will settle with you for less than you owe.

try people renting an apartment in their own house, or 2-family. they probably won't do a credit check on you.

Yes - I've heard of freeloaders who deserve all they get.

well I can say I'm actually in the same boat....im a single mother and have been on my own since I was a senior in high school, and my second apartment I had an eviction that I need to set up a payment arrangement with.it is hard. And people it's hard times for everyone right now..i was let go from my job...so for you to judge someone is unfair and cruel!! You don't know the situation they are in and it may have came down to food for your child or rent! So freeloader..i don't think so...and I don't think anyone deserves anything like that.
