Sir, you do not mention the asking price for the house nor the city/state so it is impossible to tell whether or not it is a good deal for certain.
Generally speaking tho, for the market today, you shouldn't have to settle for a haunted house. You could most probably get a nice house near the beach for a good price and not have to set up an appointment with the local exorcist.
If you choose to buy this house, stay away from the t.v. and when the voices say to get out, GET OUT |

I keep hearing about how you need to do something that will make your house stand out from the crowd. In order to sell a house it has to offer something that the other houses on the market don't offer.
Eerie voices and bloody walls are pretty rare, so I would think that house would be worth a lot. It should sell within a few hours of going on the market and it will probably fetch a full price cash offer. |

Depends if you're buying it or selling it. If you're selling it, you keep your mouth shut; sell it; and run. If you're buying it and wish to be entertained in a ghostly manor then go for it. Its not like priest and holy water are available 24/7..!! |
