I live in suburbs of Chennai (Madambakkam/Selaiyur near Tambaram). I would like to construct a house by availing load for purchase of land and construction. The value of the plot is 15 lakhs. Can anyone please elaborate in detail on steps involved in it like registration of plot, house plan approval, etc etc.

1.get the plot registered in your name after verifying the land records.(clean title,nature of land)
2.get the house plan approved by the local body.
3.get eb connection temporary
4.Apply for water connection on the basis of land registration.
5.On completion of construction get a completion certificate & get assessed for yearly taxes. |
