That is pretty high if you have decent credit. Countrywide has much better rates this week, I am presently working out a mortgage with them. |

I have to agree with Dob, there are a lot of different factors and people shouldn't be answering questions if it's not in their profession or if they don't know how things really work. The other thing is did you do this loan full documentation or stated? That makes a big difference also.
