in short yes and no. the facts are you can buy a home with little or no money down and i will share it with you for FREE. if you are buying a home to live in you can go to www.libertygrant.com and get some great information.
you can not buy an investment home with zero cash unless the seller agrees to take back the mortgage which will almost never happen or you can be creative ... and creative doesnt mean above board.

In short, Yes it is a scam. I once ordered it while I must have been on heavy pain medication, and immediately changed my mind and called right back and they would not refund my money. They said it was already processed! It was literally 5 minutes. So I researched reviews of it on the internet and the program rarely works. It is so dependent on a zillion little factors all working exactly right for it to work at all. Out of a million people, probably about 10 make success at it. And even then, how do you believe? If he is so successful, why does he need to hock videos on an infomercial?? |

Carleton Sheets is kind of old school, but the majority of his teachings are still valid. Yes, you can make a lot of money, but like everything in life, you have to dedicate and motivate yourself to do it.
Alternatively, you can save hundreds of dollars on late night infomercials by visiting your local bookstore and reading the real estate investing books. The things they teach are not magic and anyone can do it once they put their mind to it.
