Lott | Is REMAX the best? |

No. It depends on the individual agent. If you find someone you have a good relationship with, then that's all that matters.
ANY real estate agent can show you ANY property. It doesn't have to be the listing agent. |

The agent helping you is more important than the company they work for .
In the end, an agent from a small company might give as good or better service as someone working for a large company.
In real estate, it is the agent, not the company they work for. |

Of course not. |

For what? To list your property? To work for?
It boils down to the individual agents and how well they do the job for their clients. |

I couldn’t say whether RE/MAX is the best or not. Keep in mind that each agent is an independent contractor, and you may need to as people in your area if they know of an agent that they liked what they did. Then you will have to go and talk to them, interview them as if you were going to hire an employee in a business that you owned (basically, you are). If you are not comfortable with them go on to the next one.
Good luck! |

no, you need to find an agent that will work with your needs, you might have to go through a couple of agents, by the way, the house i just bought i used a remax agent. |

No, they take too much commission from the agents pockets. If you want to sell go with a company that is really flex with the commission and will rebate if the listing agent also sells. |

I think they are all the same really. They all have access to the mls listings as do most buyers/sellers. I really think it's just a matter of the right buyer and the right price. |

Obviously the individual sales person is key to the success of any transaction. it seems this question is even deeper and not about the agent but the Brand. as the third best known brand in t he world, teh RE/MAX balloon does offer the confidence that the sales people they hire are professional and dedicated to doing the best for their clients. So let's change the question to Brand! RE/MAX is the best known brand in the real estate business around the world. So from that standpoint, RE/MAX is the best! |
