No to spy equipment and probably no to going into your accommodation without your permission - unless there are exceptional circumstances. Go and get advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau. |

No. That is invasion of privacy. I work for a security company and we can only install covert CCTV in extreme circumstances and we are obliged by law to remove them with in a 5 day period. |

If you can prove the spy equipment in court then you can easily sue him for invading your privacy.
You can install spy cameras inside your house record his entry into your house and may also record what he was doing and can submit it as evidence to the court and am sure you will win the case. |

Put spy equipment in your home...NO. That would be a violation of your right to privacy. As for coming in when your out, he can only do that it there is an emergency such as water leaking, the smell of smoke, etc. If he wants to enter he has to give you 24 hour notice. After that he can enter if your there or not. The 24 hour notice is to give you time to make arrangements to have someone be there |

no and no
the first is a felony. the second is still illegal but I'm not sure it's a felony. the landlord is allowed to enter your home for emergency purposes (like there's a fire) in most states. |

No they not. They are in breach of the contract. |

for your first question - most definetly not and if they are they need reporting ASAP. and the second, probably not either - my father is a landlord and there legal rules what protect a tenant ( even if you are causing the landlord problems ). My dad or any landlord could go into any of there own houses and try to remove someone but theyd probs get arrested themselves. A landlord cannot just pop in when they want and nose about. Guarenteed. |
