Didn't you already ask a similar question and describe the kids in the same derogatory lan only a few days ago?
It is against the law to make the grounds unsafe to anyone on purpose. If this is really bothering you talk to the property manager and see what can be done to make sure that only tenants are using the area. (Shock, those kinds might live in the complex!!!)
Find a new place to live. You are obviously not happy and are now thinking deranged thoughts. Get help. |

Only if you want to be sued to the point of being penniless when it is discovered that YOU spread the broken glass. Get a grip. |

Absolutely not. Your apartment complex probably has some sort of rules about only tenants and guests using the basketball court so contact the office and let them know what is going on.
How would you feel if some kids hurt themselves on the glass? Not to mention if you do get caught you could be in some serious trouble. |

no you crazy psycho.
it's not YOUR basketball court, and therefore you have no right to keep people off of it. You should have thought about everything around your apartment before renting it.
people could get seriously hurt if they fell, and you could be arrested.
wtf??
and don't judge people. These "ghetto thugs" are PLAYING BASKETBALL. clearly, they are not playing basketball with guns inn their gym shorts. Open your mind a little bit and stop being racist and judgmental. It's people like you who cause so many discriminatory problems in the world. |

Of course it's not.
What are you thinking?
The basketball court is there for all of the tenants to play on, not just you.
Perhaps you could ask to move to another apartment that's not so close to the sport/pool/gym (more active) areas?
Covering the courts with broken glass is just crazy. Where in the world would you even get such an idea?
I'm sure you're clear on the concept that people would be hurt by the glass shards...why in the world would you want to hurt people simply because you don't like the noise, and because you have an irrational fear?
Buddy, you're not ok, and neither is your idea. |

Seek medical help. This is beyond the scope of rational behavior. You are a danger to the public. Please seek medical attention. |

no you don't have that right. if you didn't like how close the court was to your apartment you shouldn't have moved there. I also find it funny that you're afraid of these people ruining your neighborhood when you're the one that wants to spread broken glass all over your neighborhood.
your rights include:
1. moving out.
2. calling the police if people start dealing drugs or fighting. |
