Is it a GOOD sign if a couple wants to view my home for the 2nd time in 2 days?
We are selling our home & this couple came to view it on Monday. Well, I got a call about 1 ½ hrs ago that they would like to see it again. How promising is that?? How likely is a person to buy a home if they are visiting it on more than one occasion??

Also, my home is very neat. Charming, adorable, & always presentable. I would def. buy it if I were looking. Nothing is ever out of place & it is clutter free.

I have bought two houses before, both times I have gone back to see it for a second time. I think it is a very good sign. Although I would agree on not getting your hopes up, people change their minds very easily.

This is very promising!!! They may be thinking about writing an offer. Make sure you step out, maybe head to the store etc.. and give them time alone in the house to look and talk about it. Put some soft jazz music on when they come to look and keep it clutter free.

Good Luck..this is a great sign!!!

Only if they are coming with a real estate agent. Please do not let them in without the agent no matter how much you want the home to sell. The harsh reality of this world we live in is that there are unlawful people around and it is to your benefit to be a little paranoid.

Sounds promising. Are they represented by a realtor? Are you? If you're selling without one, are you willing to offer a realtor a co-op commission?

The second go round is when they're either planning where to put the furniture, or deciding which valuables to load into the van first.

I looked at the last house my wife and I bought three times before we wrote an offer. Wouldn't you?

They are casing the joint, gonna come back when you're gone and steal all your stuff.

It is a great sign. They may be comparing it to others they have seen and are trying to decide between a short list of prorperties. Or they may be taking another look to help formulate an offer.

Good thoughts your way!

It's a great sign, but don't count chickens before they hatch. Good luck.
